About Us

We empower museums to share their stories through secure digital kiosks and a connected cultural network.

What We Do

Making digital engagement simple, secure, and accessible for every museum.

The Digital Museum Network is an innovative solution designed to empower museums, particularly smaller institutions, to thrive in the digital age. We provide professional, ready-to-deploy kiosk technology that enables museums to effortlessly showcase their digital assets, including images, videos, historical documents and audio narratives. Beyond individual displays, our network connects participating museums through a directory accessible on every kiosk, allowing museum-goers to discover new cultural destinations and fostering a more connected museum community. We lower the barriers of budget and manpower, making sophisticated digital engagement and broader visibility accessible for every institution.

The Digital Museum
Brief History

The Digital Museum Network began with a powerful vision: to preserve and share stories that matter. It started when the Veterans Museum partnered with First Coast IT to create a digital kiosk capable of showcasing video interviews with service men and women. The impact was immediate. Kiosks were deployed across Northeast Florida and even installed in the Florida State Capitol.

As other institutions saw the potential, it became clear this technology could serve museums everywhere. Building on that success, First Coast IT expanded the concept into the Digital Museum Network—a platform designed to make digital engagement accessible for all museums, while connecting them in a shared cultural community.
